Made this wreath for a great friend for Christmas.  I used Close To My Heart retired fabric, For Always, because it would go so well with her decor.  I did add a little other fabric after realizing how light in color is was.  These wreaths are made on a wire frame and you tie on the strips.  My strips were cut 2" x 8 1/2".
I used a total of 2 1/2" of fabric for mine.

Artfully Sent Tree Pop Up

This fun card has a pop up tree inside the card, it is found on our Artfully Sent Cartridge on page 48.  Instead of cutting a large 5 x 7 card I made it smaller.
With the Real Dial Size off, I cut the card on my Expressions at 5 1/2" it measures 4 x 5 1/2".  If you are using your Explore it can be sized exactly 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" and it will put the score lines in for you.
There are several pieces to this card.  The outside of the card is Cranberry, the inside is Ponderosa Pine, the snow White Daisy (I added some glitter to the snow), and the banner is also Cranberry.  On the outside I added the ornament cut out of White Daisy, Ponderosa Pine and add some glitter paper to the center.  This ornament is found on our Art Philosophy Cartridge.
I decided to cut it with Expressions and add the score lines myself. This is our new Scoring and piercing tool, it comes along with a small mat.  This is terrific tool, it has a small rubber tip that fits over the piercing tool portion. I also used our VersaMat on the foam side as my scoring surface.

I scored the card down the center first top to bottom along the tick marks.
Then scored each of the sides of the tree layers, going from the layer cut lines up to the tick marks.
Then folded the card in half.
After opening it up I pinched the center of each tree layer to make a Mountain fold, then along the edges of each layer to form Valley folds.
Then fold it in half again.
I followed the directions in Assembly Booklet for the position of the snow and banner.
This is the inside of the finished card.  I decided to add a saying and a signature space.

Cricut Artfully Sent with Stamp of the Month

My computer has been down for a week!  It seems like all my electrical things are giving me headaches lately.  TV in bedroom died, Microwave died but was brought back to life later, lights bulbs going out left and right, and then my computer!  Feeling like if I touch anything it will crash!

This is another card made with our newest Cricut cartridge, Artfully Sent.  I cut it at 5 1/2" which gave me a finished card that was a little under 4" x 5 1/2".  Thought I would weave some ribbon in the cutouts and I like how it turned out.

The stamps are from our Nov Stamp of the Month.  Its the Little Things.  $17.95 or $5 with a $50 order.
Some of the images are stamped directly on the white cardstock and others were stamped on a scratch piece of card stock and fussy cut out.
You can't really tell in the photo but the largest flower center was colored in with Tender Pink Shinhan Marker and mounted up with our new Thin 3D Foam tape, love that stuff! Stamp pads used on this one were Cranberry, Pixie and Topiary. No pattern paper on this one just cardstock and stamps.

Sentiment Holiday Card

Artfully Sent Sentiment Card - this one is found on page 47 of the booklet. It is actually the insert for the Warm Winter Cheer Card found on the same page.  As you can see it makes a great card too.  It is cut at 4 1/4" and makes a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 finished card.  What cuts out are the snowflake circles at the bottom or they can be on the side if you prefer that look.
This paper is Snowhaven.
The cute bear is from the October stamp of the month Home for the Holidays.
It was cut using the Art Philosophy Cartridge, you can see the name of Cartridge shone on each compatible shape and what size to cut it, that is all in pink on this photo.
This fun Holiday stamp set is only available until the end of month, so don't wait if you want it.

Who doesn't want a added surprise in their order? This month with a $50 order you will receive a free roll of Chevron Ribbon.  I wonder what you will get?  Cranberry or Outdoor Denim?  Surprise

Artfully Sent Merry Christmas Card

Yuletide Carol is the perfect paper for this Sentiment card from the Artfully Sent cartridge page 48.  This is a 5 x 45.7 card.  I stamped the Holly (A1115 A Holiday) on Colonial white cardstock with New England Ivy ink after cutting out the shapes with the Art Philosophy Cartridge. The ribbon is Red chiffon ribbon from a local craft store.
This is a smaller version of the same card in the foreground.  It is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I used the same paper and stamps on this one.  In the background you can see the inside of the 5 x 7 card.  I also made an envelope for the 5 x 7 using more of the Yuletide Carol paper, this cut is found on the Artfully Sent cartridge on page 45.

Artfully Sent Simply Inspired Blog Hop

Welcome to another CTMH Simply Inspired Blog Hop.  This month we are featuring the new
If you came here from Dana's blog you are on the right trail.  If you should get lost along the way, you can find a complete list of sites here .  I hope that you find a lot of inspiration this month using the new Artfully Sent Cartridge.

There are so many fun cards you can make with the fabulous new cartridge

Here is my finished card for the Hop.  I choose a Scene Cards page 33 with a insert shown on page 31.

I cut  the card cut out of Chalk It Up Paper Packet with the insert done in Colonial White cardstock.
There are a lot of combinations you can put together to create all different sorts of one of a kind cards. Check out the cool stitched insert, that was found on another page of the booklet, page 31. The saying is  stamped with Happy Birthday from the Joyful Stamp set in Lagoon Ink.

Included on the cartridge are envelopes with liners, in both 4x6 and 5x7 sizes.  This one is a 5x7 found on page 49 of the booklet.  It's easy to make a matching envelope with a fun liner.

This is how the card started out, looking a little washed out.

So I decided to jazz it up a little by adding some flowers off the Art Philosophy Cartridge done in Teal Glitter paper and Sorbet cardstock then added some more Teal Glitter paper under the word congrats.  I colored a few Sparkles with our Shinhan Markers to add the flower centers and to highlight the corners.  I cut the insert down a little and added some Sorbet cardstock under the insert.  I used some chiffon ribbon for a little more interest.

As you can see the completed card looks totally different than what it started out as. That is just part of the fun with this great new cartridge, Artfully Sent!

Now hop on over to Michelle's blog and see what she has created for you.

Holiday Card

What do you do on a day where it's 100 outside?  Make a Christmas Card of course.
This card features an old paper pack called Pear and Partridge, one of my all time favorites.  I love the traditional colors.  This will be one of the cards that my customers will be making in November.  If I have any packs of 5 left I will be offering them here as a kit.  All stamped and cut ready for assembly.

I cut the scallop shapes using Art Philosophy Cartridge.  Also the shape in the center with the Peace and Joy stamp set from our D1613 Best Christmas set in New England Ivy Ink.

The little Holly is from the D1553 Yuletide Greeting stamp set

I used the new ShinHan markers in Leaf Green, Sap Green, Tender Pink and Carmine to color the Holly in.

30 Years of Happy Candy Kiss Box

This is a fun candy box I made using the special stamp set 30 Years of Happy.  If you are wondering why it is called that it is because Jeanette Lynton is celebrating 30 years in the Stamping and Scrapbooking business and it has been a Happy 30 Years for her.  Doing something that you love, helping other women and men find a career doing what they are passionate about, and being an innovative leader in this field would make anyone Happy! I am very proud to have been with this company for nearly 24 years.

This box is made out of Cranberry cardstock for the 2 basic pieces.
1 -  9 x 12 for the top of the box
1 - 8 7/8 x 11 7/8 for the bottom of the box
This way they fit into each other better.

It is scored on both pieces the same way.
Along the 9" side it is scored at 1 and 3 then on my portable score board from Close To My Heart, I turn it all the way around and score from the other side at 1 and 3.
Along the 12" side it is scored at 1 and 3 then turned again all the way around and scored again at 1 and 3
After scoring you will cut it as shown in the above photo. Cut off the sections with the X and cut down to score line on the dotted line. Then I like to cut little pie shaped wedges into the sections that will fold.  Not sure if you can see this in the photos or not but it helps when adhering the pieces.

Draw a box in the center of the Top, leaving 1/2" on all sides of the center.  Cut out with paper trimmer or scissors.
Fold Bottom of the box on all score lines.  Use a strong adhesive and start with the ends of the box.  Then glue the sides down inside the box.
Adhere the ends of the Top of the box but don't fold down the flaps on the ends or the sides!
You can now insert the bottom of the box into the top.  See the flaps, I have adhesive on them and they will go down onto the bottom of the box.
This is flap that wraps around the box.  It is 5 3/4 x 7 1/2".  It is scored along the 7 1/2 side at 7/8, 3, and 6 1/8".  If you would like to add a decorative edge it goes on the bottom on the side that is scored a 6 1/8".
After edging you can adhere the 7/8" portion to the bottom of the box centering it left to right.

Decorate as you like.  I used Black cardstock 1/4" smaller than the White cardstock, then Snowden B&T paper
again 1/4" smaller than the Black cardstock.  To secure the front I used a small Velcro Dot.

I cut out a White and Black Snowflake for the front using Art Philosophy Cartridge and used YUM and Thinking Of You from the 30 Years of Happy Stamp set.  Remember this stamp set can be yours for Free in the month of September with a $30 order.

For a little more fun I added some paper bottoms to some of the kisses in the box, the 30 years of Happy stamps were the perfect size.

Confetti Wishes Tag card

This card is a standard 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base with one of our new colors Canary. It's a nice bright yellow!
Thistle, another new color, is the second layer of the card front. It is a little bit of purple in a beautiful pink.

The star of this card is Confetti Wishes paper.

And both these new cardstock come is Confetti Wishes Paper pack.

I altered a couple of tags from Art Philosophy in Cricut Carftroom and made an accordion fold cardstock piece to join them together.  It is held closed by the Thistle ribbon.

Added a saying using Holiday Tags to the inside, and left one space for a signature.

The images on this stamp set are cut with our Artiste Cartridge.
