CTMH New Product Showcase!

Welcome to the CTMH Simply Inspired Blog Hop featuring Annual Inspirations 2014/2015 New Product Showcase.  If you have come her from Melissa Laverty's blog you are on the right trail. It is a complete circle of CTMH Consultants who will give you a preview of some of fun new products in our new yearly catalog.  If you should get lost along the way you can find a complete listing of those participating in the blog hop HERE.

I am sharing with you the new Snowhaven Paper Packet which is a great Winter Paper selection.
The colors of this great new papers are Glacier (our new beautiful blue), Whisper (a soft gray), Cranberry (a deep red), Black and White.  As you can see there are some papers that can be used all thru the year.

This is a Shutter card I made.  You will see why it is called a shutter card when it's opened. It is your basic gate card fold when looking at it from the front.  A 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" piece of cardstock scored at 2 1/8" and 6 3/8" along the long edge.  Folded it will give you 2 front sections that meet in the middle of the 4 1/4" card.

Here's the fun inside of the card.  When you open the gates they pull the attached Glacier Blue cardstock, this then opens the center of the card to reveal the saying, "Happy Christmas to all" which is part of the stamp set C1598 Noel set of 6 stamps. It looks like a shutter in a camera.
I found the directions for this card on this you tube video by France Martin AKA "Frenchie".  She is a treat if you have never watched her video's before.
This is just another shot showing how the cardstock is attached to the gates.  The center section is lifted with 3D-Foam Tape.
Here is a close up of the front, I used the Snowman from D1610 Christmas Post set of 8 stamps stamped in Archival Black Exclusive Inks then colored in with our new Shin Han markers. Loving the new alcohol markers!  I wrapped the dotted B&T paper which I cut out the striped B&T paper around the card leaving the tail un-adhered, as Frenchie did in the video, then added the base of the Glacier cardstock. Over the cardstock I added another strip I cut out of the striped B&T paper around the card, making another tail. Then added the Black and Glacier dotted B&T and the cut out snowman I colored.

This will make a fun Holiday card for those friends and family that respect the time spent on it.  I hope you like it too.

Now you are on your way to see what my talented friend Diana Veenendaal has made especially for you!

Samples of new Product

Here are some of the samples that we did at convention with new product.
The top photo I used our new ShinHan Markers.
A variety of cards using new papers and stamp sets.

Cricut Explore User Manual

Just wanted you to know that there is a Cricut Explore User Manual now available.

It is a series of videos you can watch to help you navigate learning to use your machine and Design Space.  I know I will be bookmarking it and trying new things.  There are so many things I haven't figured out yet and I know once I do I will be using this machine as my primary machine!  Just having trouble giving up Cricut Craft Room, since I am familiar with it.

Hello

Wanted to share this cute card with you before this beautiful paper Balloon Ride retires.  My friend/consultant buddy Denise Anderson Turley   shared this card style with me at convention this year.  I realized I haven't done much with this paper so I decided to recreate her card with Balloon Ride.  The soft colors in the paper are beautiful and you can see them by clicking onto one of the links above.

All of the papers in the current catalog are expiring July 31st, so if there is anything that you are interested in you can order off my website and joining the open party.

Out with the Old and in with the New

My crafting room usually doesn't look like this!  This happens when I start cleaning out some of the older papers and stamp sets!  It's a work in progress, which is why I haven't been posting anything.  There is no room to even take photos, that is when I could find my camera.  Well, yesterday I needed to find it and when I did I thought might as well share this mess.

I am making progress, you can see that the stamp shelf is pretty organized.  I went thru all my CTMH storage boxes and pulled out retired stamp sets that I will be selling.  Then I went thru each box labeling each stamp set with letters for, in the new catalog, in the old catalog and Circut compatible stamps.  I am feeling pretty good about this!
