This cartridge is truly amazing. At $99 it is a steal, considering it has 700 images. Besides the cartridge and assembly instructions for the 3-D items you get a bonus. Three stamp sets and three dimensional elements that coordinate with images on the cartridge so you can see how they all work together.
If you would like to purchase this exclusive Artiste Cartridge before the end of September I am offering it at a special price. You would need to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before September 28th and I will get it ordered for you. You can not get the special thru my website, sorry. I am very close to earning the 2013 cruise and this offer will expire soon.
I have been missing in action since our Close to My Heart Convention in Dallas last month.
I have been up to my eyeballs in new product and projects.
The new Idea Book from Close to My Heart is just chalk full of new papers, workshops on the go, including Home Decor Items, and a new Cricut cartridge called "Artiste". Like our "Art Philosophy" this new cartridge has 770 items on it including great 3-D items.
The little album above was made using the Artiste cartridge and our new Clementine Papers. The album has plenty of room for your photos and journaling, the larger pages holding 4 x 6 photos easily. I cut it at 5 1/2" and reinforced the back cover with a cut out cereal box using the multicut feature on the Expressions. It has other pages in the album with envelopes, file folders and tags also cut from the Artiste cartridge.
In the new catalog we have 8 new paper packets, 3 with exclusive trendy new colors, 62 stamp sets with several coordinating with the Artiste and Art Philosophy Cartridges, and 13 new Workshops on the Go Kits including 2 Workshops on the Card Kits Pear and Partridge and Avonlea, and Home Decor items. Check them all out here.
You can place orders on my website anytime day or night. Or you can always email me email@example.com or call me at 909 593-2752.
I wanted to make a little something for friends and thought how about some post it notes ( 1 1/2 x 2" size) that they can use to mark their favorite pages in the new Fall/Winter Catalog. So got out a few paper packets and plugged in the Cricut and made these in no time flat. Of course I used the CTMH Art Philosophy Cartridge.
Base of purse cardstock is Shape 8 on page 47 cut at 4"
Scallop cardstock is Oval 4 on page 52 cut at 2 3/4"
Oval B&T paper is Oval 3 on page 42 cut at 2 1/4"
Flower layers are Flower 6 on page 29 cut at 1" and 1 1/4"
Top middle purse uses Sonoma papers, which will retire at the end of July
Left front purse uses Pemberley papers
Right front purse uses Stella papers
Various large brads
I used a piece of ribbon cut at 11" used a 1/8 circle punch on the fold for ribbon.
Post It notes 1 1/2 x 2" size about 25 count.
This is the cover of a display album my first downline and the directors in my first through third downline will be receiving as a gift this year at Convention 2012 in Dallas TX. Inside it has a calendar for 2013 and a place for a photo each month. Maybe it will be workshop as it makes a great gift.
This will be the layout we will be making in July.. Calendar doesn't seem to be working so here are the details.
Date: July 21st 10 am - 12:30 pm
Workshop fee is $4 with a $30 order or $7.50 without an order
After class we will be having a introductory Cricut class. Please bring your cricut along with our Art Philosophy Cartridge. We will go over basic buttons and settings. If you don't have a cricut yet or our AP cartridge come anyway. If you aren't attending the workshop and would like to attend anyway, please come by 12:30 pm and let me know so we can wait for you if we finish early.
During the month of June everytime you purchase 2 stamp sets you get to pick out one for FREE!
Any size A - E counts. No stamps of the month, personalized stamps or workshop on the Go stamp sets count.
As a special bonus, when you attend one of my workshops this month and qualify for a free stamp set from the company you can also pick one of retired stamps out too. Double your free stamps is fun!
Choose either the pink wrapper or Chocolate wrapper cupcake.
Kleenex box cover can be any CTMH papers you might already have.
We will be making one of these fun cupcakes which is perfect for decorations or gift card giving. I will supply a pin clip to hold a gift card too. Once you decide on which cupcake you want to make I will cut the papers and have them ready for you to score the wrappers and roll the roses. Can be done before class so you will just need to assemble at the workshop.
I am having you supply the CTMH papers of your choice for the kleenex box, along with the kleenex box for that part of the class. I will be cutting the tops for you while you finish assemble on the box or cupcake. If you don't have CTMH paper you want to use, let me know and you can purchase the individual sheets from me.
Class fee for both projects is $10.00
Reminder this is with you providing materials for the Kleenex box
Spring is here and I was still using my Christmas kleenex box cover. Got out my pretty Pemberley papers and booted up Cricut craftroom and made this fun spring cover. Used my Art Philosophy CTMH cartridge and it was done in no time at all. I think I might need to make a few others since all the papers in the Spring/Summer catalog are so nice. Maybe a superhero one for my hubby Gary's office, not sure what he would think of that!
A couple of weekends ago I went to a fun day at CTMH Consultant Cindy Baker's house. We get together every few months as a group and share ideas. This fun idea was shared by Denise Anderson Turley who got it from Kelly English-Triggs. It is made with CTMH's Art Philosophy cartridge, papers, ribbons and will be a project at one of my workshops. Will be posting the date soon, so check back!
Isn't this little album fun! I will be offering a workshop to make this in May. You have a month to order you qualifying $35 and get this paper for $5. I used less than 1/2 of the package to make this great album. You can change the title to anything that will fit in the space. I will be posting more about this and more fun pages soon. Stop back by to take a look.
Today we tried another new recipe from Allrecipes.com. It was a crock pot dish and again I can say we all enjoyed it a lot. We opted to leave out the mushrooms but if Gary, my hubby had been gone we would have put them in too. The dish takes a little time to prep for before going into the crock pot so you need to allow some extra time for that. This recipe was well worth the time and gave me a chance to use my new crock pot. Find the recipe here.
This is something I have wanted to work on for awhile. This is CTMH's My Creations Memory Game that I am made into a puzzle for my great nephew Ben. I added the stamp of the month to the upper left corner.
This is the other side of the puzzle. He's very smart and this puzzle will be a wiz for him, but thought it was a cute idea.

It combines boneless skinless chicken breasts with green chilies and jack cheese. A little time in preparation but it was pretty darn good. Garrett added Serrano chilies to his, he likes it spicy and would have added Pepperjack cheese if we had some.
