Today we tried another new recipe from Allrecipes.com. It was a crock pot dish and again I can say we all enjoyed it a lot. We opted to leave out the mushrooms but if Gary, my hubby had been gone we would have put them in too. The dish takes a little time to prep for before going into the crock pot so you need to allow some extra time for that. This recipe was well worth the time and gave me a chance to use my new crock pot. Find the recipe here.
