This month we are highlighting new items found in our new Seasonal Expressions 2.

I have been sharing some cards over the last few weeks I made with our new Blossom paper packet.

This time I decided to share our My Creations Mini Mix Album. This little album has 12  4" x 4" pages in a mix of White cardstock, Vellum and Kraft cardstock.  The album is white chipboard, has a 7/8" spine and spiral page bindings.

Take a peak inside:

I used a variety of flat pages and dimensional pages through out the album.  I made pockets on some and flaps on others.  I scattered the Complements through the album using Thin Foam tape to attach and allow the photo to be slipped under it.  The Thin Foam tape allowed me to add dimensions without a lot of bulk.  As it was I ended up taking the last 3 pages out of the album, so I actually could put photos on the pages without making it too fat.  If you keep your pages free of bulk you could easily use all 12 pages.  But I like to add little touches to make the pages special, so they had to come out.

Jackson Birthday Card

 This card was inspired by one that was done by Liz Johnson, another CTMH consultant. 
The paper used was Jackson, great masculine paper.

The feature colors are Red Barn, Cocoa, Colonial White, Glacier and Juniper.
Colors I used on the front of the card are Red Barn hat, Slate mostache, Glacier Blue and Barn Red for saying, and Barn Red for bow tie. Inside the card I used Barn Red and Chocolate.

Also used on the card was our great new thick Twine in Glacier, nicely priced at $3.95.  You can shred the ends, which is what I did with the tails.

The stamp sets used on the are:

I stamped this portion in Barn Red and Slate . I cut out the hat, mostache, and the bow tie.

B1442 Belated Birthday $ 9.95


The portion of the stamp that says wishing you and the word Birthday is one stamp and the small stamps below the birthday will fit in the space in between the words.  I stamped the wishing you portion in Whisper and the a Happy in Red Barn.

On the inside of the card I used stamps from  C1593 Hats Off  which is a Hostess Rewards stamp set.  I can help you get one if you are interested. 

Blossom into Spring!

 

The newest Seasonal Expressions supplement ideabook is now available for ordering.  I have to admit the new Blossom paper (X7196B) is my new favorite of CTMH designs.

  

This fun paper has everything you need for Spring and Summer.The cardstock included with the 6 pieces of double sided B&T (printed paper) is 2 sheets of Lagoon, 2 White Daisy, 1 Glacier (the background on the fabulous floral paper) and 1 Sunset.

The pads I used for this card are:  Lagoon, Pear, Smoothie
When you take the bellyband off you will see the floral detail which is on the front of the card.

 Opening the flap you see the inside of the card.

 The white card slips out of the pocket to write a little note, include a gift card safely tucked in.

I used CTMH Art Philosophy for the cut outs for the front and inside message.
